Terms & Conditions
Exchange Policy:
1 . Within 30 days of the purchase date, we can exchange the products which are in perfect condition (no affect to a second sale) with the proof of purchase (i.e. your receipt). Exchange can only be carried out ONCE.
2. If new products have higher price than the previous one, customers need to pay for the difference. If new products have lower price than the previous one, the difference will be put into a gift card and given to customers to use for the next purchases.
Return Policy:
1.Within 10 days of the purchase date, you can return the products which are in perfect condition (no affect to a second sale) with the proof of purchase (i.e. your receipt) and the original packaging.
2.Refund will be put into a gift card for customers to use for the next purchases.
3.Defective products must be returned within the warranty period.
*Customers need to return any gifts given along with the products.
*No exchange or return for special offer products or non-glasses products.
*Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash. The period of validity of gift card is one year.
*For prescription pairs' returns and refunds, a percentage fee (60%) of the lens price will be charged.
*For customized frames' returns and refunds, a percentage fee (50%) of the frame price will be charged.
*For online purchases, once the product has been delivered or picked up, the customer accepts all responsibility. We will cover return postage of up to $10.00 and in cases of exchange, we will charge $10.00 for shipping the new items to your respective address.
*For door to door service, we will charge up to $30.00 for returns or exchange the new items to your original address, or charge accordingly if respective address provided.
*The time taken for customized order or overseas returns and exchanges will be higher due to longer manufacturing process or courier transit service duration.
Warranty:
1.Six-month warranty with the proof of purchase (your receipt). Color fading, scratches or damages due man-made causes will not be under warranty.
2.*Breakage caused or incorrect prescription provided by customers does not hold us liable to a refund or replacement under warranty. A replacement or repair fee will be charged by us accordingly. The benefits and cost of delivery stay the same.
3.Replacements and repairs under warranty are valid depending on the nature of prescription errors and manufacturing faults.
4. Customer guarantees and warranties are subject to benefits depending on the returned product’s assessment for replacement or repair.
